SERVICES WE OFFER
Options for Women’s ministry is about loving women facing unplanned
pregnancy at a time of crisis and indecision. Options for Women is a
safe haven where women and their partners can receive free medical
care and non-judgmental counseling.
TESTING & SCREENING
Early prenatal care and financial service referrals provide concrete and immediate aid. Access to a Registered Nurse and Social Worker throughout the pregnancy prepares clients for successful parenthood and healthy birth outcomes. Healthy newborns and well-equipped parents result in saving millions in taxpayer dollars. Free STD Screening and Treatment for women and men age 25 and younger for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia.

Clients are treated with kindness, compassion and in a caring manner.

We collect and distribute maternity donations to those mothers who need them most. We urge those who are interested in helping us with our mission to donate new or gently used maternity clothes to aide in support of single and at-risk mothers.
Options accepts donations of new infant clothes from newborn sizes up to 24 months and new baby items that may include: towels, crib sheets, blankets, grooming items, bottles, infant formula, diapers, small toys, books, rattles, pacifiers, socks, hats, mittens, gloves, etc to present to our clients in their layette baskets after they deliver their babies.
Ways You Can Help:
Your church or community group can host a Baby Shower for Options to donate infant items or perhaps a Baby Bump Shower to collect and donate new maternity clothes on behalf of our clients who cannot afford to buy these items for themselves or their babies. Our maternity clothes and layette ministry is a great way to share God’s love. Offering our clients new maternity clothes, baby clothes and maternity items are one small way that we communicate how special and valued they really are.

It’s been a month since we said goodbye to Joanne Thomas and it still hasn’t sunk in that she is gone. Any moment now I half expect to see her poke her head into my office reminding me that: “It’s time for el luncho,” chiding me for making her and the rest...

Yesterday, during my morning workout, something the instructor said compelled me to freeze to the mat with my arms resting at my waist and my right leg poised to cross over my left. “When you move from your center, it allows the rest of your body to...
Client Returns to Say “Thank You,” is not the kind of copy that usually makes headlines in the media but it is to us. Last week a client returned to Options for her layette basket and while she was here we asked her to describe her experience with us. Her...
This post goes out to all the life supporters who have been friends to Options this year. We have so much to be thankful for, and you certainly are at the top of our list. In trying to express the value of your support and what it means to our clients, I...
Meeting an Options client for the first time when she arrives for her appointment may look like the beginning of her relationship with us but it’s not. Long before she walked through our door, before she called us on her cell phone, or googled us to find...
When Patricia found out she was pregnant she didn’t know if she wanted to carry or where she should go for help. A friend referred her to a local clinic that Patricia called before coming to Options. The clinic receptionist was curt with her on the phone...
